Dr. Iason Kyriazis is a Consultant Urologist and Director of the Modern Urology group. He runs a private practice in Holargos and is affiliated with the model Urology Center of Lefkos Stavros – The Athens Clinic.

He specializes in laparoscopic and robotic surgery for the treatment of urological tumors, as well as in endourology for the management of kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and other lower urinary tract conditions.

Dr. Kyriazis holds a PhD from the University of Patras and a Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacology and Toxicology. He is also a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). He is an active member of the Laboratory of Endourology at the University of Patras and serves as an academic fellow at the same institution.

He studied medicine at the University of Crete and completed his urology residency at the University General Hospital of Patras, with a focus on laparoscopic and endourological procedures under the supervision of Professor Evangelos Liatsikos. He subsequently pursued subspecialty training through a European Association of Urology (EAU) Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery at the University Hospital of Leipzig in Germany, under Professor Jens Uwe Stolzenburg. He also completed a Fellowship in Endourology at the University General Hospital of Patras, receiving clinical certification in endourology from the World Endourological Society.

Dr. Kyriazis is the author of more than 75 scientific publications in leading international urological journals. He is a regular trainer for the European Association of Urology (EAU) in flexible ureteroscopy and laser use and has contributed to the development of multiple EAU guidelines, including:
